Five geometric forms which names reference different types of dwellings. They reference bricks, and artworks are sometimes composed of multiple bricks to create a work of art. It brings into concept the idea of building which references my grandfather 

Sergio Pietrobon was born is Castelfranco Veneto before immigrating to Canada. He worked on a farm in Italy, and when moved to Canada he became a bricklayer,  stonemason and construction worker of homes and buildings across Toronto and the surrounding region.

Bricks

Rooted in designs for masonry units shaped in configurations difficult to achieve with standard red-clay bricks; 

 suggests alternative methodologies for constructing our homes and lives.

A nonprofit organization founded in 1976 which seeks to build affordable housing for local communities across 50 states in the United States, and in approximately 70 countries. The goal is to ensure everyone has a decent place to live.
